Victory for Sylvanas!

FOUR assholes in custody without bail on my Grandmother's assault case! It's being tried as "Attempted Murder" Four men, possibly a woman, and one guy did the whole job, while all the others were in fact involved.

Aye! get this - the morons went online shopping with my grandmother's card numbers, set up all kinds of accounts and bought a shit-fuck ton of stuff from popular web shoppes like Amazon.com and so forth. They left quite an obviously paper trail... Took some time and info finagling though, but I'd call it a success. I cannot wait to see what he (they) look like e_e

They probably assumed since she was old she must be senile and since she lived alone, they could just slip away with it (?) fortunately they assumed wrong. I just don't understand who could be that dense. It appears they are the senile ones.

I hope 25 to life will be sufficient ^.^ *squints eyes*

She is doing a lot better, though the psychological effects are stepping in now. She still can't bathe herself though. Her personality is a lot different, she has this distant-fixed expression on her face, and smiles but doesn't seem "all there" - it's not the same and I doubt it will ever be again. I think the hardest part on her now is that she hasn't slept in a bed since the night it happened. We moved her in my parents home into my old room, and fixed her bed up all nice but she only sleeps in this big chair because she's afraid of being in a bed since when the attack happened, that's what she was doing; sleeping and then... all the sudden being attacked. =\

A lot has gone into this whole ordeal, all the legalities, phone calls, strange people coming and going from our house - it's all so disturbing.

I'm so glad that the investigation went well & it makes me so happy to know that the culprits will be punished. How is your Grandma holding up? I hope that she is well. I hope that the stars are dancing in your favor for this new coming year;)

She's holding up as best as she can. The psychological effects are surfacing now, she's just not the same mentally anymore. No one is really. Paranoid, worried, confused. But the news today has felt validating, if only but a smidgen. No one deserves this - I can't even comprehend this kind of rationale. But then again, I'm not hell bent on making the world suffer because I need money... like everyone else in the world who goes about getting it the right way, you know... taking it from people like Bill gates & Paris Hilton, Duh. =P Ah, I feel like some comical relief these days, pardon =)

If I don't get a chance to speak with you before then, Happy New Year! I hope to spend the Holiday doing something laid the fuck back, I'm tired of having to deal, cop-out time > *goes to play world of warcraft*

Your comical relief is always welcome;P I'm glad to know that she is doing better & I hope that the psychological effects aren't as severe & can be overcome. I'd be paranoid also are you still looking into getting a dog or video cameras for security?

Did you know any of the 4 criminals involved? I don't understand why people have to steal either when it's so much better to work for your money & earn it the correct way & I've found that working makes me feel good about myself. Happy New Year to you as well (a little late). I hope that your Christmas & New Year were enjoyable. What lvl are you now in WoW? I think that in WoW you lvl a lot slower than in Mu but I'm not sure. I finally saw Perfume : A story of a Murderer I don't know if you saw it but I think it's your kind of movie so if you haven't seen it I highly recommend it.

I don't know if you've read my most recent Livejournal posts but Miguel & I are planning to save like mad this year to be able to buy a house or an apartment next year which of course means marriage, etc.. I think it will be a small wedding depending on how much money we have then I imagine we'd have a normal wedding & then have a big Church one later. I wish you could be there but if you can't be there in person I want you to be there in spirit:) Just letting you know ahead of time since we are doing serious planning this time. Just knowing that Miguel is finally ready to take this huge step & that he picked me to marry out of all the women in the world makes me the happiest girl in the world.

Hi Hilary, first off thanks for the update on your grandmothers health. I'm glad to hear that she's physically doing well, but sad to hear about her mental trauma. Best wishes for a complete recovery. Also glad to hear that they caught the muthrfukrs, I truly hope they get severe punishment for their actions.

I am glad to hear they got caught. Better turn out bad for those bastards.
I hope your Grandmother is recovering well. You know, them elderly ladies tends to keep on, going strong - never giving up. The trauma, however it will display, is inevitable.

I didn't know half the things you were going through i was searching for you on-line silly as it may sound to find out where you went as i noticed you've left Myspace.

I guess this and probably other factors were involved which made you decide to leave.

After reading what's happend im not surprised to be honest i know what it's like to go through hell,i've been there infact you could say i've never left.

Aww!im really sorry to hear what happend to your Gran and hope she is coping and slowing getting her life back on track after being subjected to a cowardly attack by scum that deserve everything they get.

I hate it when scum like that think it's ok to pick on the elderly and vulnerable.

They may not seem to care but when they get older maybe they will think back and reflect upon what they did.

But judging by what they did they never had a care in the first place,I praise your Gran for her courage to survive such an malicious cowardly attack.

Most people half her age would have stood no chance against that number of people.

Aww!I hope she is on the path to recovery although i doubt if she'll get over it totally poor lady being traumatised liked that.

I really hope they pay i really do.

I also hope your doing ok too Hilary i know it must have been hard on you too and especially when it's your own blood .

I just want to say even though how much i really,really miss not seeing you on Myspace i respect the decision you have made.

I know u'll probably argue the fact how can someone become so attached to someone they have never ever met but trust me when i say i do really miss you not being there as silly as it may sound.You were my fave person on the whole of Myspace.
